Joshua, currently in Lagos, recently visited the very popular Fela Kuti shrine, usually known as the African shrine. We saw a clip that saw an over-hyped Joshua with Femi Kuti, son of the late Fela Kuti, on stage during a performance.

Interestingly, Joshua not only participated in an energetic Kuti on stage, he also handed over some of his heavyweight championship belts to the music legend. Kuti was seen with the straps around his waist, neck and some others dangling from his arm. Watch the video as observed on Instagram below:

Remember that the double heavyweight world champion also visited his hometown Sagamu in Ogun State on Wednesday, February 19, where he was heroically received by his delighted relatives. The visit came barely six months when he came to Nigeria and paid a polite visit to Makoko in the state of Lagos awaiting his long-awaited fight against Mexican heavyweight star Andy Ruiz Jr. Meanwhile, we reported earlier that the British-Nigerian professional boxer claimed that health issues contributed to his first ever defeat in boxing that came against Andy Ruiz in New York.

Andy Ruiz taught Anthony Joshua a number of boxing lessons six months ago with the result that many followers and fans of the game were shocked. But after the defeat in America, Anthony Joshua offered Andy Ruiz a rematch that was agreed by the Mexican-American and they met in Saudi Arabia on December 7.
